Surrender to the power of the universe. Breath in the full spectrum of colours of life. Saviour your oneness with nature and your spirit. Take a relaxed, deep breath and let it go enjoying the release. Breath easily and comfortably.

The art of relaxation can be explored at many levels, from meditation, to sport, to whatever thing you do to unwind. The aim here is to share methods in relaxation.

Tai Chi

Relaxing the mind, is a positive, life affirming excercise. I have learnt some T'ai-Chi Ch'uan and Qigong, and although don't practice as much as I would like find these artforms to be very fulfilling and empowering.

Qigong - Energy Work

Qigong is energy work, standing like a tree is a posture that most people could quite comfortably hold, and with regular practice is said to give the practicioner immense strength.
